At the CNI, I designed and built FitForge AI end to end: a mobile fitness coaching app connecting members and coaches, with an artificial intelligence strictly controlled on the server.

A public institution created in 1975 under the Ministry of Communication Technologies, the National Computer Center designs, develops, hosts and secures the Tunisian State's strategic information systems. It connects more than 2,500 administrative sites through the national administration network and runs a sovereign cloud in secure data centers.

My mission

  1. 01

    Design of the whole architecture: a layered Spring Boot (Java 21) REST API, a Flutter mobile app and a Next.js admin console

  2. 02

    Integration of Gemini generative AI: workout plans generated from a numbered exercise catalogue, an AI coach limited to sport, meal analysis from a photo or by voice

  3. 03

    Real-time chat between coaches and members (WebSocket / STOMP), with photos, voice messages and documents

  4. 04

    Quality and reliability: 115 REST endpoints, 33 PostgreSQL tables and 194 automated tests (138 backend, 56 Flutter)
